Rueckert Pharmaceutical Company was officially incorporated in the State of Florida, USA in November 1992.  The principal owners to date are the chairman of the board, Dr. Karl Heinz Rueckert and Mr. E. Jacob, the president.

Dr. Rueckert, creator of IMMUVIT, is the founder of the Institute for Coordination of International Medicinal Plant Research (IMR). With his leadership in the area of Korean Ginseng Extracts he has brought several products into the market. These products contained standardized Korean Ginseng Extract along with vitamins and minerals, to aid middle age and elderly persons as well as younger age groups who have increased nutritional need or are active in sports.

Rueckert Pharmaceutical Company sprang from his ideas and with his association with Mr. E. Jacob whose wide experience in manufacturing, distribution and retail sales will assure that this commercial venture is a success.
